These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Black Horse VPN, operated by Eastridge Networks LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Black Horse VPN.
The Service
Black Horse VPN provides an encrypted VPN tunnel service using the VLESS+Reality protocol. The service routes your internet traffic through our servers, masking your IP address and encrypting your connection.
We provide apps for Windows and Android. iOS and other platforms may be added in the future.
Subscriptions & Pricing
Black Horse VPN is available through the following subscription plans:
Annual plans are available at a discount. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
Billing & Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.
Subscriptions are activated upon confirmed payment. You will receive access to the service immediately upon activation.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 3 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Refunds are not available after 3 days, for renewal payments, or if we determine the service has been abused.

Device Limits
Each subscription plan allows simultaneous connections on a set number of devices. Exceeding this limit will automatically disconnect older sessions. Device limits are enforced in real-time.
Sharing your account credentials with others outside your household is not permitted.
Acceptable Use
⚠️ Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.
You agree NOT to use Black Horse VPN to:
- Engage in any illegal activities under applicable laws
- Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Conduct DDoS attacks or network intrusions
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Access, distribute, or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Engage in cryptocurrency mining through our servers
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Conduct unauthorized port scanning or network reconnaissance
- Harass, threaten, or harm individuals
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:
- You violate these Terms
- We detect abuse or fraudulent activity
- Required by law or legal order
- Your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current period.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Our servers are located in secure data centers across multiple regions globally. We do not guarantee the ability to bypass specific geo-restrictions, as this depends on the policies of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastridge Networks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Black Horse VPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by local law.
EU consumers retain the right to seek resolution through their local courts and consumer protection bodies.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email with 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
